About Vital Cure Insight
Health writing that shows its work.
Every claim here comes from a primary source. Every uncertainty is stated plainly. Vital Cure Insight exists because health information online has a quality problem — and the fix is evidence, not confidence.
How I research and write
Four rules every article follows.
I read the source before I cite it
If an article references a study, I have read at least the abstract and methods — usually the full paper. I do not cite studies second-hand from other websites.
Primary sources come first
Government health agencies (NIH, NCCIH, NHS), peer-reviewed journals, and established medical organisations take priority over blogs and wellness influencers.
I say what the evidence does not show
If a popular claim has no research behind it, I say so. If the research is mixed or early, I say that too — instead of writing around the uncertainty.
Articles are updated when evidence changes
Substantially revised articles carry a dated “Updated” note at the top, so you always know how current the information is.
Corrections and transparency
Mistakes get fixed. Money doesn’t buy coverage.
Corrections policy
I would rather fix a mistake than leave it up. If you spot a wrong statistic, a misattributed study, or a claim the evidence does not support, please send a correction with the specific claim and, if possible, a source.
- Every correction request is reviewed
- Articles are updated if the correction is right
- A correction note is added to the post
Independence
The site earns revenue through display advertising only. Advertisers have no say in what gets written.
- No payment accepted for coverage
- No sponsored posts
- No affiliate links
